  • Founded non-profit and developed business model, forming governing body to centralize financing, recruiting, sponsorship, and oversight of operations at more than 10 chapters by end of 2018

  • Vetted chapter founders at universities including Binghamton, Cal-Berkeley, Maryland, and Syracuse, coordinating expansion efforts totaling more than 250 student members in 8 months

  • Secured more than fifteen corporate partnerships with cannabis industry leaders including Weedmaps and MedMen to develop recruiting channels that provide career opportunities to members

FOUNDING PRESIDENT (Winter 2017, Sophomore year)

  • Executed application process through University of Michigan and Ross School of Business by submitting documents and arranging meetings with administrators, establishing first university club focused on professional opportunities related to legal cannabis industry

  • Conducted interviews of potential members and executive board candidates and determined qualification, creating roster in compliance with Ross standards which grew 59% to 159 members in second semester since inception

  • Organized and marketed using social media, bringing audience of 86 to opening presentation on cannabis business opportunities and resulting in publication on front page of Michigan Daily

  • Analyzed 30 pitch decks, business plans, and financial documents weekly to determine quality of investment opportunities, selecting deals and contributing vetting strategies

  • Organized events and communicated with industry leaders at National Cannabis Industry Association Business Summit and the Toronto Arcview Investor Forum, compiling 16-page report with industry insight and actionable takeaways from 223 entrepreneurs

PATIENT ADMINISTRATOR, Liv Wellness (Feb 2016 - July 2017)

  • Coordinated promotion during Maynard Street Fair by recruiting 25 University of Michigan undergraduates to hand out fliers, acquiring 75 new customers and resulting in business' most profitable day with $18,000 in revenue 

  • Modified pricing for 90 items and set quantity discounts, incentivizing larger purchase quantities and increasing average revenue per transaction by 20% to $75 per patient

  • Analyzed daily revenue of $3,500 and generated monthly Excel referral reports of 150 new patients, providing accurate analytics as basis for efficient spending on advertising
