  • Founded non-profit and developed business model, forming governing body to centralize financing, recruiting, sponsorship, and oversight of operations at more than 10 chapters by end of 2018

  • Vetted chapter founders at universities including Binghamton, Cal-Berkeley, Maryland, and Syracuse, coordinating expansion efforts totaling more than 250 student members in 8 months

  • Coordinated promotion during Maynard Street Fair by recruiting 25 University of Michigan undergraduates to hand out fliers, acquiring 75 new customers and resulting in business' most profitable day with $18,000 in revenue 

  • Modified pricing for 90 items and set quantity discounts, incentivizing larger purchase quantities and increasing average revenue per transaction by 20% to $75 per patient

  • Analyzed daily revenue of $3,500 and generated monthly Excel referral reports of 150 new patients, providing accurate analytics as basis for efficient spending on advertising
